I'll cook in the morning, I'll cook at noon, I will cook in the darkness of night; I cook when it feels right. I make good food. Passion is not necessarily a fruit (although I did make passionfruit curd for the only five [5] tier wedding cake I have ever made). I'll grill in the snow or in the sun; I will do whatever the ingredients call me to do. Cooking is love (and food is good) because people deserve good food.
